Mr. Santiago is 15 months old today and each and every day just seems to get better and better. He has brought so much joy and happiness into our lives and I can't really remember life before him! Here are some of the new things he has accomplished in the last month:
- wears a size 5 diaper and a size 7 shoe
- wears 24 month or 2T clothes
- cut in 4 molars in the last month - top right, top left, bottom right and bottom left just came through yesterday
- can put his Crocs on his feet by himself
- loves to play in the water outside
- can throw trash away in the trash can and loves to help take the garbage can to the curb on trash days
- loves to knock down block towers
- can flush the toilet
- when sitting on the couch or in your lap - can get off by himself by sliding down
- throws little temper tantrums
- loves to "drive" the car by standing up in the seat and holding on to the steering wheel while the car is parked and off
- loves to blow bubbles and sometimes eats the bubble wand
- says some two word phrases - daddy's glasses, go outside
- will try to repeat any words you ask him to
- gets really frustrated when we don't understand his "words"
- gives besitos on command
- squeezes you when you ask for a hug or a squeeze
- loves to drink milk
- will pick things out of the fridge he wants to eat
- gets cranky when hungry
- waves and shouts "hi" to neighbors when we are outside and to everyone in public places
