Choo Choo Trains

This morning we converted Santiago's "train" back to the baby version with side bars and wheel stabilizers so that Gabriel can use and grow with it. We bought this toy for Santi's first birthday and I'm glad our second boy is going to get to have just as much fun in it. Santiago is having a blast pushing him slowly in the house and Gabriel is having just as much fun as his brother. Our house is going to be very loud once both boys an drive these "trains" on their own!

Keeping the Peace

What does a momma do when one kid wants to play and dance in his room and the other needs to eat.....

I aim to please tonight because Gabriel isn't feeling very well and neither am I so he is eating his rice and sweet potatoes sitting on Santi's floor while Santiago listens to his music, dances and plays with his train table.

Footie Jammies

Happy New Year!

My mom bought the boys these comfy pajamas and I hadn't even attempted to put them on Santiago this winter because he hated them last year. I even told my friend yesterday that Santi wouldn't wear them. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised when Santiago asked to wear "comfy jammies like Dabriel's to sleep in." (Santi still pronounces his /g/ like /d/).

So here's my two cuties in their comfy jammies!

Little Stinker!

Earlier today I left Gabriel on his bedroom floor playing with Santi while I went quickly to the laundry room to put some clothes in the dryer. When I came back I found a little surprise that made me have to quickly put Gabriel in the bath tub. The little sneaky stinker aka Santiago had found a travel size bottle of baby shampoo and decided to put it on Gabriel's head. He told me that Gabriel had a bug bite that was itchy so he had to put that stuff on it. When I told him that it was shampoo, he just said "oh I thought it would make his itchy go away.

They took a bath together after!
