13 Months Old

Here's what Santiago's up to at 13 months:

• Wears 24 month size clothes, size 4 diapers and weighs about 27 pounds.
• Night time routine: bath, read Goodnight Moon, then Santi lays down in crib and falls asleep on his own.
• Sleeps about 11 hours at night.
• Takes 2 naps during the day.
• Can make the noises of a doggie, lion, kitty cat, and makes the elephant gesture when asked "what does a ____ say?"
• can fit toy shapes in proper shaped hole.
• claps hands all the time - when you give him something he loves to eat, when he does something we make a big deal about,
• bobs head when music comes on when he is sitting.dances when music comes on when he is standing or walking around.
• blows kisses when saying goodbye and when you ask him "what do you do when you see pretty girls?"
• cleans up toys when you ask him to.
• says "Amen" in church after he hears everyone else say it.
• if you are sitting on the floor, he will walk up and hug your back and pat you on the back
• eats about every 2 hours
• can identify many animals and objects in books
• Can say: jish (fish), this, that, doggie, duce (juice), ice, ight (light), mom, dada,
• His talking sounds a bit like Scooby Doo when he is "telling a story"
• If the fridge door is open, Santiago will get out what he wants to eat or drink.

• When he hears or sees you stirring something, he makes a stirring gesture by holding his arm out and rotating it
