Gabriel has a tooth!

I have had a feeling for the past few days that Gabriel was teething because everything has been going in his mouth and he has been liking me to rub his gums with my fingers. Sure enough when I went to rub his bottom gums tonight, I could feel a little spike! He has his first tooth! They always came in twos for Santiago so I'm sure another will break through soon!
