Sophia is growing and changing all the time. One day I think she looks more like Santiago and the next I think she looks more like Gabriel. I think she started out looking more like Gabriel as a newborn but everyday is different. She just looks like Sophia and we think she is beautiful!
Here's her monthly milestones:
-weighs 11 lbs 2 oz and is wearing size 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.
-nurses every 3 to 3.5 hours during the day and sleeps one longer stretch at night sometimes. Every once in awhile she gives a 5 hour stretch between feedings
-she either sleeps from 8:30-1 am and then wakes up again about 4
-I usually have to wake up twice in the night to nurse her
-takes a pacifier when she is starting to get sleepy. It helps put her to sleep but then she spits it out usually
-poops only once or twice a week but isn't uncomfortable. Her pediatrician says that's fine and completely normal for breastfed babies
-
-likes to sleep on her belly for naps. Don't worry I check on her a lot
-starting to startle awake at loud noises aka her loud playful brothers
-enjoys bath time as long as her tummy is full
-starting to smile and coo
-wiggles and kicks when laying on back on playmat or bed
-
We still can't believe sometimes that we have a little girl. The boys still argue who gets to hold you first and love to see you when your eyes are open. We love you dearly Sophia Elizabeth!
