Santiago turned 10 months old on December 4th. He wouldn't sit still in his crib so the pictures were very difficult this month. Here is what our little stinker is up to lately:
- Wears a size 4 diaper and weighs 26 pounds 4 ounces
- Crawls everywhere really fast
- Stands up and cruises around furniture
- Waves "bye bye" to ladies in restaurants when he is with his grandparents
- When I sing "pat a cake" he grabs my hands and makes my hands do the motions but won't do it with his own hands yet
- Smiles with his whole face like a McLane - that's what his daddy says!
- Flirts with strangers - smiles and makes noises to them and then cuddles and hides by laying head on your shoulder
- Eats with his left hand but does almost everything else with his right hand
- Eats lots of real food - waffles, crackers, spaghetti, tortillas, cheese, beans, chicken, ground beef, etc.
- Loves to suck on ice
- Learning to balance when standing unsupported
- Crawls to you and pulls up to stand by grabbing on your pants
- Follows us around the house crawling
- Is a total "mama's boy"
- When he wakes up in his crib he either is sitting up or standing waiting for you to come and get him out.
